Refund Policy

The short version
- 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge for any plan.
- Monthly plan: after the 14-day window, we do not issue refunds for partial months. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual plan: after the 14-day window, we issue a prorated refund for the unused full months remaining in your term when you cancel.
- Cancellations do not stop access immediately — you can keep listening until the end of the period you've already paid for.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Zenzy Tales isn't right for your family, request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge on any plan and we'll return the payment in full. This applies once per customer.
Monthly plan cancellations
After the 14-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial billing periods. You can cancel any time from your parent dashboard, and your access continues through the end of the current paid month. You will not be billed again after that.
Annual plan cancellations
After the 14-day window, if you cancel an annual subscription mid-term we will refund the balance for the whole months remaining in your annual period. The refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis using the annual price paid (roughly: annual price ÷ 12 × whole months left). Partial months and the current month you're in are not refunded, and any discounts or promotional credits used at purchase are excluded from the refund amount. Your access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
How to request a refund
Payments for Zenzy Tales are processed by our reseller, Paddle. To request a refund, either:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or
- Email us at hello@zenzytales.com with your order email address and we'll get it processed for you.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks & abuse
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. Accounts that abuse the refund policy (for example, repeated refund requests across multiple accounts) may be declined future refunds and access to the service.
Merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
